- Contributed to the development of the core payments platform underpinning Chase Germany and the expansion of JPMorganChase International Consumer Banking (ICB) capabilities outside the United States
- Contributed to the implementation and production support of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) payment scheme in Chase, helping build scalable solutions with extensibility for broader ISO 20022-based payment schemes and future regulatory initiatives.
- Identified gaps in scheme simulation tooling and support processes, and spearheaded development of scalable self-service solutions that reduced support turnaround time, improved developer productivity, and enhanced stakeholder and end-user experience.
- Acted as a key technical partner for stakeholders across multiple business domains, balancing delivery priorities and client impact within a highly regulated financial environment, while coordinating closely with external vendors to manage integrations, align deliverables, and drive issue resolution across teams.
- Adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation capabilities to accelerate engineering execution and unlock improvements in team productivity and delivery velocity.
